HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PIECE?

We encourage our customers to avoid excessive contact with water, lotions, perfumes & chemicals that can deteriorate the quality of the plating and semi-precious stones. Always remember to wear rubber or metal safety backs with your earrings to prevent loss. We also advise sealed storage when no longer wearing to preserve life of pieces. A dust bag is also provided with all items for storage.

HOW CAN I CANCEL?

You may cancel your order prior to receiving a tracking email. Please email ­­­irregulardetail@gmail.com with the subject heading as “Cancel Order [Your Name, Order Number]

HOW DO I TRACK?

After you place your order you will receive an automated confirmation email with tracking information. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email updating you on the delivery status with an associated tracking number. Please note: some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours after the order has shipped.

SHIPPING

Please be aware during this time there will be delays in shipping and processing due to COVID-19. Please allow 5-7 business days for our team to process your order once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Once your order has been given to our carrier it will take an additional 5-7 business days for your order to be delivered to you. We understand your urgency to get your package as quickly as possible and will do everything in our power to speed up process.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

JEWELRY - Only permitted for defective pieces in which it will be gladly returned or exchanged. Due to the nature of jewelry we want to ensure we are selling merchandise that has not been used. If item has defect email us within 24-48 hours at irregulardetail@gmail.com Please verify if you would like refund or exchange within email along with name/order number. 

CLUTCHES/BAG CHAINS - Unworn, unused clutches/bag chains may be returned or exchanged within 14 working days. Email irregulardetail@gmail.com, please verify if you would like refund or exchange within email along with name/order number. 

INTERNATIONAL

All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Irregular detail is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery. Most countries calculate shipping charges, taxes, tariffs and duties at checkout and the customer owes nothing additional at delivery.
